DENVER TERRANCE

Founder/ Partner

Denver Terrance is the founder and lead architect at CURE Architects, having founded the full-service design studio in 2014 in Prince George's County, Maryland.

​

A native son of New Roads, Louisiana, Denver is a registered architect in: Washington, D.C, Maryland, Florida, Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, Alabama, and Iowa. With a passion for sustainable design, real-estate development, elegant architecture, and the construction process, Denver has a unique approach to design which births innovation, creativity, and pride throughout CURE’s extensive portfolio.

Denver served the United States Navy in the Civil Engineer Corps from 2001 to 2008.

 

Denver Terrance earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Southern University and a Master of Design Studies in Sustainable Design from Boston Architectural College. Denver is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA).

TELICIOUS ROBINSON

Managing Partner

Telicious Robinson, Assoc. AIA, NOMA, is a highly accomplished Senior Designer and Project Manager with over 13 years of experience in architecture. She has led a wide range of projects, from large-scale developments like airports, hospitals, hotels, and K-12 schools, where she served as the lead base building architect, to more intimate projects such as hair salons, bar lounges, commercial office spaces, daycare centers, residential homes, and apartments. As a lead architect with Cure Architects, Telicious has been instrumental in bringing these projects to fruition, demonstrating her expertise in both design and project management.

Telicious holds dual bachelor's degrees in Science for Architecture from Kent State University and Bowling Green State University, along with a master's degree from Boston Architectural College. This strong educational foundation has equipped her to excel across various architectural sectors.

​

In addition to her professional achievements, Telicious is an adjunct professor at Kent State University, where she teaches a Revit course, imparting her technical expertise to the next generation of architects. She is also deeply committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the architecture field, serving as Vice President of her local DC NOMA chapter.

​

Telicious’s dedication to her craft, combined with her leadership and educational contributions, makes her a respected figure in the industry. Her work continues to inspire and shape the built environment across healthcare, commercial, and residential spaces.

ISAAC K. WILLIAMS

 Partner

Isaac joined CURE Architects in 2021.

Mr. Williams is a proud graduate of Southern University A&M College, School of Architecture, in Baton Rouge, LA. Isaac is a native of New Orleans, LA., where he began is professional career in 2002 under the direct mentorship of

Mr. James Washington Jr., FAIA, and the late Lonnie Hewitt at Hewitt-Washington & Associates.  Mr. Williams then went on to Dallas TX., where he served as lead designer, contract administrator, project architect as well as quality control specialist for various firms.  Isaac's extensive knowledge pertaining to functional design, building systems, scheduling, and project management has granted him with the ability to take any project from the smallest to the largest from concept to completion. 

​

Isaac served as Lead Designer for multiple K-12 schools throughout the Texas ISDs 2005-2008, and junior architect on Hotel Casino Resorts in the state of Texas. Mr. Williams then returned to his home city and state to work for one of New Orleans premiere design firms, EDR, where he acted as the Contract Administrator for the end cap renovation of the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in 2013 as well as the Lamar Advertising Headquarters in Baton Rouge, LA.

In addition to his personal career, Isaac carves out time to serve those coming behind him. He has served as a mentor to high schools and universities throughout the state of Louisiana. In the role of mentor, he not only shaped the understanding of architecture for students in the local NOMA chapters at the collegiate level, he also provided career guidance for aspiring architects through ACE mentorship program at the high school level.
